      I am sorry the cable has not arrived yet, but it was mailed and I’m sure it will arrive soon.

      We ship our products via mail. You asked us to ship it via mail packet, which is the least expensive service for this item and does not include tracking. The order was received on March 17 and was mailed on March 20. There was a delay due to the weekend, when the post office is not open, and then one additional day due to inclement weather here.

      The package has to go through the Canada Post service and then U.S. customs before the US Postal Service accepts it for delivery. The number of days quoted for delivery is based on work days, i.e. Monday to Friday and does not include the day the post office accepts it. Unfortunately, we cannot control the length of processing time by the post offices.

      Please let us know if it has not arrived by the end of the month.
